Getting Here

By Road View
- Harrogate Convention Centre is located in the centre of Harrogate on King's Road.
  The Convention Centre can be accessed from the A59 and A661, via the A1(M), and the A61.
- There are two onsite car parks at Harrogate Convention Centre, both of which have Blue Badge parking available.
  There is limited additional Blue Badge parking outside of the Royal Hall and Exhibition Halls.
  There are also two public car parks available close by (Jubilee Car Park and Victoria Car Park).
By Bus View
- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the venue.
- There are bus stops located on King's Road and Ripon Road that service the Convention Centre.

By Train View
- The nearest Railway Station is Harrogate.
- Harrogate Station is located approximately 0.3 miles from Harrogate Convention Centre.
  There is step free access throughout Harrogate Station.
  The station is served by Northern Railway and LNER trains.

There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
The alternative formats documents can be provided in include: Braille on request, large print on request, different languages on request and audio on request.
There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
There are not mobility aids available.
There is a safe place located in the exhibition spaces (between Hall A and Hall B). Access to the space from the conference areas of the building is not always possible. Access will depend on the layout or the event taking place.
Alternate formats documentation can be provided for Convention Centre documents only. Provision/availability of alternate format documentation for specific events will vary depending on the event organiser.
Provision of a water bowl for an assistance dog can be arranged with prior notice.
Wheelchairs are available on site for emergency use only.
