Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • Exit the M3 at junction 11 (travelling south) or 12 (travelling north). From junction 11, turn right onto the B3335 then the first left onto Hockley Link. Take the third exit at the first roundabout followed by the first exit at the second roundabout onto Otterbourne Road. Continue ahead along Otterbourne Road until you reach Sparrowgrove located on the left. Turn onto Sparrowgrove. Southern House is located at the end of Sparrowgrove. From junction 12, take the second exit on the first roundabout followed by the first exit on the second roundabout. At the third roundabout take the second exit onto Otterbourne Hill. From here continue ahead along Otterbourne Hill, Main Street then Otterbourne Road before turning right onto Sparrowgrove. Southern House is located at the end of Sparrowgrove.
    • When entering the Southern Water site to access Southern House, please go straight ahead to the visitors' car park. After passing through the main gate, follow the road until you reach the small visitors' car park. There are 3 Blue Badge bays available directly outside of Southern House. To access these bays, follow the road round to the right (passing the visitors car park) and continue ahead towards Southern House.
