Getting Help and Assistance

    There is a drop off / pick up zone outside the terminal.
    There are 2 disabled parking spaces within the car park.

Disembarking the Aircraft

  • The accessibility of the aircraft varies according to the individual aircraft, provider or airport, therefore please contact the airline prior to booking for more information.
  • Disembarking the aircraft may be by airstair and steps or by mobile ramp (Aviramp), depending on individual needs, type of aircraft and wind or weather conditions.
  • Wheelchair users and those with mobility problems may transfer to a stair climber or aisle chair (type may vary) as required for assisted egress from the aircraft.
  • The route from the aircraft across the apron is level with tarmac and concrete paving.
  • At the time of survey (April 2023) the Aviramp was out of order.

Outside Access (Arrivals Gate)
