Getting Help and Assistance

  • For passengers requiring additional assistance services please click here (new tab).

    Please contact the airline prior to booking as the carriage of motorised mobility equipment is limited depending on the type of aircraft.
    The carriage of mobility equipment over 23 kilograms may also be subject to the approval of the airports concerned.

  • There is a slope with a very slight incline at the departure gates.
  • Disembarkation from the aircraft may be by airstair and/or steps, or via mobile ramp (Aviramp) or Ambulift. The choice will depend on individual needs, aircraft type and weather and wind conditions.
  • Wheelchair users may transfer to a stair climber or aisle chair (type may vary) for assisted access to the aircraft.
