Getting Help and Assistance

- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.

- There is an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.

- Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.

The carriage of mobility equipment over 23 kilograms may be subject to the approval of the airport. - Drop Off / Pick Up Zones and Blue Badge Parking Bays:-
There is space available within the taxi drop off / pick up zone outside the terminal.
There are 4 Blue Badge bays at the front of the terminal building within the pay & display car park.
Disembarking the Aircraft
- Disembarking from the aircraft is by a mobile staircase which has 9 deep steps and handrails on both sides.
- Wheelchair users and those with mobility problems may transfer to a stair climber or aisle chair (type may vary) as required for assisted egress from the aircraft.
- The surface from the aircraft to the arrivals gate is tarmac and level. Please follow staff instructions.
Outside Access (International Arrivals Gate 2)
