Getting Help and Assistance

  • For passengers requiring additional assistance services please click here (new tab).

    There is space available within the taxi drop off / pick up zone outside the terminal.
    There are 4 Blue Badge bays at the front of the terminal building within the pay & display car park.

Disembarking the Aircraft

  • Disembarking from the aircraft is by a mobile staircase which has 9 deep steps and handrails on both sides.
  • Wheelchair users and those with mobility problems may transfer to a stair climber or aisle chair (type may vary) as required for assisted egress from the aircraft.
  • The surface from the aircraft to the arrivals gate is tarmac and level. Please follow staff instructions.

Outside Access (International Arrivals Gate 2)
