Getting Help and Assistance

- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.

- There is an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- The assistance dog toilet or toileting area is located on the grass in front of the terminal.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.

- Wheelchair users and those with mobility problems may transfer to a stair climber or aisle chair (type may vary) as required for assisted access to the aircraft.
