Getting To (Neonatal Unit)
- The most accessible route from the Blue Badge parking has a slight ramp or slope, a dropped kerb and bollards.
- Access to the Neonatal Unit is via the main hospital entrance.
- There is a drop-off point at this entrance.
- The Neonatal Unit is located on the fourth floor.
- The Neonatal Unit is approximately 6m from the lift.
- Enter via the main hospital entrance.
Proceed ahead, along the main corridor and through a set of double doors.
Turn right and take the lift to the fourth floor.
Exit the lift and the Neonatal Unit will be on the right. - Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, doors permanently held open and bollards.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny .
- There are resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
- The following toilet facilities are available along the route; a toilet with adaptations (with left hand transfer) and standard toilets.
