Bear Country

  • Within the area is a viewing gallery overlooking the bear enclosure and the height of the fence within the viewing gallery is 120cm high.
  • There are 6 picnic benches in the area with bench style seating.
  • There is a Land Rover play exhibit which as stepped access to the rear with 5 deep steps. There are 3 deep steps to access the drivers cab area.

Nature Trail

  • Proceed along the nature trail passing by the Bagot Goats, Cameroon Dwarf Sheep and Soay Sheep enclosure.
  • The pathway leads to a wooden bridge/walkway , the walkway has a timber decking surface area with hand rails either side.
  • The walkway when passing the marshland changes to a compacted earth surface.
  • There are bench seating resting areas on the route of the nature trail.
  • The trail ends opposite the giraffe house where there is a ramped access.
