Access To The Betting Hall

  • The Betting Hall is located on the ground floor, at the rear of the Grandstand. There are multiple services within the Betting Hall: betting shop and kiosk, cafe, bar, seating, accessible toilets and standard toilets.
    Nelson Suite is located on the first floor and also access to designated seating and a viewing balcony.
  • The distance from the main entrance (turnstiles) is 100m.
  • The most accessible route has a slight ramp or slope, uneven surfaces, manual doors and doors permanently held open.
  • There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
  • There are double manual doors which are permanently held open.
  • The width of the opening is 150cm.
  • The doors have a high visual contrast.
  • Assistance is available at this entrance.
  • There is an alternative access route to the Betting Hall from the Grandstand.
    The alternative entrance has double, manual doors (which may be held open). There is a steep ramp with handrails on both sides at this entrance.
    There is a further entrance for visitors accessing the Betting Hall internally, via the lift from the upper level. This entrance has a single, manual door that is permanently held open and an opening width of 87cm.

Betting Hall Bar
