- Beech House is located to the south-east of Boston. Following the A52 from west to east, cross the river then turn right at the traffic lights onto the A1138. After half a mile, turn left onto Skirbeck Road. After half a mile, turn left onto the road signposted to Freiston and Butterwick and continue until you reach a mini roundabout. Go straight ahead at the roundabout and Beech House will be located on the right.
