Summary

  • This is a children's unit.
  • Services within the building include: Four multi-disciplinary CAMHS teams based in Lincoln, Louth, Boston and Grantham. An accessible service with four CAMHS hubs and outreach clinics in various locations. Specialist routine assessment within 6 weeks of referral (excluding children requiring neurological assessments). Priority specialist assessment for Looked After Children (LAC) and those open to Youth Offending Service (YOS). Specialist complex assessment, intervention and case management for young people displaying sexual harmful behaviours. Support and consultation to Universal Services through a Professional Advise Line and/or face to face Professional consultation. Support to children in care, identified link workers to children residential homes in Lincolnshire to provide case consultations and/or training on mental health. Peer support workers in all CAMHS hubs. A CAMHS involvement Network supporting young people to participate in service development. Evidence based treatment pathways, offering specialist intervention including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy for Adolescents (IPT-A). Systemic Family Therapy Clinics in all CAMHS hubs. Seamless transition into adult mental health services where required.

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • From the A16, turn off onto the A151 and follow this road until you reach a roundabout.
      Take the second exit onto W Elloe Avenue and follow this road until you reach the junction at Pinchbeck Road.
      Turn right at this junction and continue up this road and Johnson Community Hospital will be located on the right as you come onto Spalding Road.
    • The hospital has its own parking facilities that are free of charge for the first 4 hours. There are designated Blue Badge bays within this car park.

    • Bus routes 62 and B13 both stop outside the hospital, to the left of the car park.
