  • Services within the building include: Learning Disabilities Community Hub, South West Grantham:
    The service provides:
    Behaviour of concern Pathway: assessment, clinical formulation, evidence based intervention and review all within a Positive Behavioural Support framework.
    Mental Health Pathway: Mental health assessment, clinical formulation, evidence based intervention and review working in partnership with mainstream Mental Health service. This includes Specialist LD Liaison to enable people with a learning disability and/ or autism to meaningfully access and engage in mainstream mental health services.
    Physical Health Pathways: Specialist Learning Disability acute and community physical health liaison to enable people to access the full range of physical health services. Ensure that physical health is embedded within all the LD pathways. Specialist learning disability provision for physical health care interventions in relation to Postural Care and Dysphagia.
    An autism diagnostic pathway.

  • By Road View
    • The Beacon Lane site is located to the east of Grantham town centre, off the A52.
      From the A1 take the A607 towards Grantham. Follow the A607 into Grantham town centre. At the One Way system follow the signs for towards Boston, and Stamford on the A52(E).
      Follow the signs for Long Stay parking onto St Catherine's Road. Turn left onto Sandon Road and right onto Beacon Lane. Ashley House is located on the right.
      From the east take the A52 to Grantham. Turn right onto Harrowby Road and continue onto Sandon Road and right onto Beacon Lane. Ashley House is located on the right.
