The service will work with Service Users to reduce distress, maintain independence and integrity of care networks, reduce symptomology, prevent relapse, promote recovery and social inclusion, and minimise the impact on functioning.

• Services within the building include: CRISIS:
  The team provide our service users going through a serious mental health crisis help and support in the least restrictive environment. This team is based in the community and provide quick access to assess for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Following the assessment the CRHT team will stay involved until the care the individual needs has been arranged. A crisis is considered to be when an individual's normal methods of coping are not working, and result in a rapid deterioration in their mental health and a need for psychiatric professional involvement.
• Services within the building include: Steps2Change:
  Steps2change consists of qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Counsellors, Interpersonal Therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Employment Advisors; all employed by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to provide psychological treatment on behalf of Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Groups.

• By Road View
  • Windsor House is located on Fairfield Industrial Estate, to the north of Louth town centre, off the A16.
    From the north and south take the A16 to Northfield Roundabout and take the B1250, signposted Town Centre, Fairfield Industrial Estate. Take the first left onto Tattershall Way and bear right onto Windsor Road. Windsor House is located on the left after approximately 194m.
    From the west take the A157 towards Louth. At Elkington Roundabout take the A16 northbound signposted Fairfield Industrial Estate. At Northfield Roundabout and take the B1250, signposted Town Centre, Fairfield Industrial Estate. Take the first left onto Tattershall Way and bear right onto Windsor Road. Windsor House is located on the left after approximately 194m.

  • There is very limited on site parking for visitors, including 2 Blue Badge bays. There is no marked standard on street parking, however there is unmarked on street parking available on Windsor Road.
