      From the north, east, and west take the A46 Lincoln Bypass heading towards Newark. Exit the A46 towards North Hykeham, on the A1434. Turn right onto Moor Lane, signposted Town Council Offices. Turn left onto Lincoln Road. Take the 4th right onto Fen Lane, signposted Witham Court. Witham Court is located on the right at the end of the Fen Lane.
      From the south take the A15 towards Lincoln. Turn left onto the A1434 towards Newark. Continue along the A1434 and bear left onto Hykeham Road. Continue along Hykeham Road and proceed onto Lincoln Road. Turn left onto Fen Lane, signposted Witham Court. Witham Court is located on the right at the end of the Fen Lane.
