Introduction

• This guide covers the main shopping area of Merrielands Retail Park.
  This guide runs around the edges of the retail park and is approximately 0.3 miles (482metres) in length and takes 3-6 minutes to walk.
  The shopping area is generally level with some slight slopes.
  Footpath surfaces are concrete paving slabs.
  The footpaths do have some uneven sections which include some raised manhole covers.
  The road surfaces are tarmac with tactile paving at all crossing points.
  There are limited opportunities to sit and rest.

Getting Here

• By Car:
• Merrielands Retail Park in Dagenham is located approximately 0.4 miles from the A13 Thames Gateway via Merrielands Crescent and the A1306 Ripple Road.
• Parking:
• There is onsite parking available throughout the retail park.
• By Bus:
• There is a bus stop on both sides of the road on the nearby A1306 Ripple Road and outside ASDA off Merrielands Crescent.

• By Train:
• Dagenham Dock Station is located to the south of Merrielands Retail Park.
• There is step-free access only to platform 2 at this station, with Platform 1 only having stepped access.
