- The majority of the paths in the park are wide and even and are tarmac or resin-bound gravel. There are some paths with loose chippings leading to and within the dog exercise areas.
- These areas and the Fawcett Garden have gates with a clear opening of 100cm (photograph 1). The Fawcett Garden is near the Fentiman Road entrance (photographs 2 and 3).
- There is formal planting and a lavender field.
- The model village area has pathways of 60cm wide which are uneven.
- The model village can also be viewed over the fence from the main path.
- The tennis courts and table tennis tables have level access and are near to Fentiman Road and Parco Café (photograph 4).
- The tennis courts are bookable, through Better Leisure.
- The multi-use games area (MUGA) has level access and is next to the Lawn Lane entrance.
- There are bench seats and picnic benches throughout the park, both on hard and grassed surfaces. Bottle refill and drinking points are available in the park. The bottle refill button is 90cm high and the drinking fountain 84cm high. This is shown in photographs 7 and 8.
- The majority of the paths in the park are wide and even and are tarmac or resin-bound gravel. There are some paths with loose chippings leading to and within the dog exercise areas.
Children's Playground
- The children's playground is near to the Lawn Lane entrance.
- The entrances are clearly marked and have gates which are 100cm wide.
- The playground has a safety surface of compressed rubber.
- The play equipment which may be suitable for children with disabilities includes swings and a spinner with basket seats, musical chime bars and a roundabout with a supportive seat suitable for use with a clip-on harness (harness not supplied).

Multi-use Games Area
- The multi-use games area is located near to the Lawn Lane entrance.
- The entrances are clearly marked and have gates which are 87cm wide and 117cm wide. The area has a surface of tarmac.
Tennis Courts
