- This is a busy charity that works to reduce poverty and isolation and bring the community together. Our core programmes support older people, children, young people and their families from refugee backgrounds and newly-arrived adults learning English.
- Services available in the venue include: multi purpose function rooms and meeting rooms.

Parking and Public Transport

- The venue does not have its own car park.

Getting In and Around

- There is step-free level access at the most accessible entrance.
- The out of hours entrance at the front of the building (blue door) is step-free and level, whilst the rear staff entrance is sloped (steep incline).
- The following areas have stepped access: the chapel room, ESOL office, snooker room, choice support, love to learn off, CBC services, Jags foundation, and KLS meeting room.
- Access throughout may include uneven surfaces, manual doors, doors permanently held open and narrow walkways.
- Floors ground to 4 can be accessed via a platform lift and stairs.
