- This is a community hall for the Putney Vale Estate, managed by the Putney Vale Residents' Association.
- Facilities available in the venue include: a main community hall (which can be hired), an office/meeting room, a toilet with adaptations and standard toilets.

Entrance (Main Entrance)
- This entrance is located at the front of the building, off the pathway between the parking areas off Stroud Crescent and Frensham Drive.
- The entrance area is not clearly signed.
