Parking and Public Transport View
- The venue does not have its own car park.
- The nearest underground station is East Putney Underground Station.

Getting In and Around View
- There is step-free access via slope at the most accessible entrance.
- There are two additional entrance doors accessed via steps.
- There is step-free level access throughout, this may include the use of a lift.
- Platforms 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be accessed via a standard lift and stairs.
Getting Help and Assistance View
- There is seating available.
- There is a fixed hearing assistance system.
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: a manual wheelchair.
- There is not a water bowl available for assistance dogs.
- There is not a designated assistance dog spending area.
- Additional facilities/services include: an ATM machine.

Toilet Facilities View
- There is 1 toilet with adaptations.
- The toilet with adaptations is located to the right after the ticket barriers.
- The toilet with adaptations was out of order at the time of survey (February 2025).

Ticket Counter View
- The ticket counter surveyed is located to the right of the ticket barriers.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The queue width is at least 150cm and there is no need to turn.
- There is not a separate wheelchair accessible queue lane.
- The height of the counter is 95cm.
- There is not a lowered section at the counter.
- The counter has glazed screens.
- There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system was tested and working at the time of the survey.
Self-Service Ticket Machines View
- The height of the touchscreen display ranges from 105cm to 124cm from the floor.

The standard barrier width is 62cm.
The wider ticket barrier opening width is 101cm.
There are fixed ticket readers.
The ticket slot heights for the barriers are 91cm (insert ticket) and 91cm (remove ticket) from the floor.
The contactless card reader height is 100cm from the floor.

The lift surveyed is located ahead of the ticket barriers.
