- Access to the building is via a covered walkway from The Plowden Building.
- The Ratcliffe Building contains the main lecture theatres and seminar rooms for the Business School.
- Other services inside the building or adjacent to include; A Wing, B Wing, The Nash Lounge,The Nash Kitchen, Dining Room, Garden Room and Park Restaurant Suites.
