- There are 5 permanent shops located at Lord's, the Heyhoe Flint Shop (located by the Heyhoe Flint Gate), the Compton Shop (located at the rear of the Compton Stand), the Members' Shop (located behind the Pavilion, next to Harris Garden) and the LPC Shop (located in the Performance Centre).
- A pop-up shop is also available by the Grace Gate on matchdays.

Getting In and Around

- There is step-free access via ramp at the most accessible entrance.
- There is step-free level access throughout.
- Access throughout may include narrow aisles.
Lord's Shop - Heyhoe Flint Shop

Access to the Shop
View
- The Heyhoe Flint Shop is located on the eastern side of the ground, just inside the Heyhoe Flint Gate.
- The most accessible route has slight slopes.
- On non-matchdays, access to the shop is available via a marked route from the Heyhoe Flint Gate.
- There is step-free access via ramp into the shop.
- The ramp has a steep gradient.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide.
- There are handrails on both sides, which are within reach.
- There is a single automatic door.
- The door opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 99cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the opening.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- There is a similar door which is used as an exit on matchdays.

- There is step-free level access throughout all areas.
- The majority of main aisle widths are between 150cm - 180cm.
- The majority of product aisle widths are between 120cm - 150cm.
- Product displays/containers that may be more difficult for some to reach or open include: low shelving and high shelving.
- The flooring is shiny.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
- There is a personalised merchandise machine in the shop, which has a touchscreen 90 - 150cm high.

- The payment counter is located to the right as you enter.
- Signage is not provided for the counter.
- The height of the counter is 100cm.
- There is a lowered section at the counter.
- The height of the lowered section is 75cm.
- The counter has a television which may affect the ability of someone to lip read.

- The payment machine is portable.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

Lord's Shop - Compton Shop

Access to the Shop

- The Compton Shop is located at the rear of the Compton Stand, opposite Lift 1.
- The most accessible route has slight slopes.
- There is step-free level access into the shop.
- There are double manual doors.
- The doors open towards you.
- One of the doors was locked at the time of the survey.
- The width of the opening is 99cm.
- The doors have a medium colour contrast.

Access to the Shop

- The Members' Shop is located on the eastern side of the ground, behind the Pavilion.
- The most accessible route has slight slopes.
- This route has uneven surfaces.
- There is step-free access via a very easy slope into the shop.
- There are double manual doors.
- The doors open away from you.
- The width of the opening is 140cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the opening.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- On matchdays, the accessible entrance is generally used as an exit.
- The main entrance to the shop is located off the concourse, opposite the Pavilion, and has steps leading down into the shop. However, it is still used as the accessible entrance, and there will be a steward or a member of staff nearby who will direct visitors who can't manage the steps to the accessible entrance.

- The LPC Shop is located immediately to the right as you enter, off the reception area.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- There are no doors to open along the most accessible route.
- There is step-free level access into the shop.
- There is an opening without doors.
- The width of the opening is 124cm.

- The majority of product aisle widths are under 120cm.
- Product displays/containers that may be more difficult for some to reach or open include: low shelving and high shelving.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Seating available for customers includes: chairs without armrests.
- Lighting levels were uneven at the time of the survey, with pools of light and shade and unshaded light sources.
