Getting Here
- Ayr Central is located in the town centre approximately 1.4 miles from the A77 bypass via Holmston Road (A70) if coming from the south or east.
The A70 (Edinburgh-Ayr Road) meets the A79 (Station Road) at the Ayr Station roundabout which leads left at the traffic lights junction onto Mill Street (near the River Ayr bridge) for the car park.
It is 2 miles from the A77 if coming from the north via Whitletts Road using the A719 then turning left onto the B747 at Ayr Racecourse. This leads to Station Road at the roundabout across the River Ayr bridge up to the Station roundabout to turn back down and use the traffic lights junction left into Mill Street for the car park. - There is an underground car park with lift access beneath the shopping centre.
- There is not a bus stop within 150 metres of the shopping centre.
- The nearest bus stop is approximately 0.2 mile from the shopping centre on Smith Street.

Getting Help and Assistance
- Guest services associates, Security officers and Cleaning operatives receive Autism Awareness training.
- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Guest Services Associates do receive training in escorting visually impaired people.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- There is a meeting room on the ground floor of the Management Suite for a place of safety.
