About Culver Square

Culver Square is located in the heart of the historic Essex market town of Colchester. The name of the shopping centre is derived from ‘Culver’, meaning ‘Dove’ and ‘Square’ indicating the central piazza style open shopping environment surrounded by main stores Debenhams, H&M and TK Maxx.

Two malls north and south lead to Sir Isaac’s Walk and Culver Street West where there are a further 33 units which form part of Culver Square Shopping Centre including Schuh, JD Sports, Fraser Hart and Superdry.
