- This is a tourist information centre for the Manchester area located in the Manchester City Library.

- The venue can provide video British Sign Language interpreters, braille documents and large print documents.
- Staff receive the following training: Basic BSL.

The tourist information centre can also provide information in Italian, Spanish, French and German.
