- The building is located on West Street in Southport, situated next to Southport Beach. It is accessed via the A565 – Formby Bypass. Travelling on the M6 take exit 21A onto M62 towards Liverpool/Warrington(N)/Southport/M57. At Junction 6 exit onto the M57 towards Southport. Follow Broom's Cross Road/A5758, A565, and Coastal Rd to West St in Southport.
- The building doesn't have its own parking. On-street parking is available on either side of the building.
