  • Electric Vehicle Charge Point View
    • The standard bay and charge point was surveyed.
    • The type of chargers include: CHAdeMO.
    • The charger type is not signed.
    • Staff are not able to provide assistance.
    • The charge point is located to the front as you approach the bay.
    • There is a space of at least 120cm in front of the charge point.
    • There is at least 120cm between the charge point surveyed and any adjacent charge point.
    • The surface around the charge point is tarmac and loose chippings.
    • The charge point contrasts visually with the surrounding surfaces.
    • There is step-free level access to this charge point from the parking bay.
    • The screen is at a fixed height.
    • The screen is not easy to locate and does not contrast with the charge point.
  • Charger and Cables View
    • There are 2 cables/sockets for the charge point.
    • The cable connector handle/charger is not easy to grip.
    • The cable connector handle/charger contrasts visually with the charge point.
    • Once removed from the holster, the cable may be difficult to manoeuvre.
    • The cable can be used with a variety of parking positions, and vehicle sizes, without causing an obstruction.
    • The cable does not create a trip hazard when in use and when not in use.
    • The charging cable connector is not easy to locate back into the holster or dock after use.
