- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered and full table service available via online app.
- Orders are placed at the right hand side of the counter, via touchscreens or via the Moto Order & Collect app.
Orders are collected from the left hand side of the counter.
There is an overhead screen showing the order progress and a member of staff calls out the order number when it is ready to collect. - Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
