- KFC is open from 11:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Thursday, from 11:00 to 22:00 on Friday and Sunday. On Saturday it is open from 11:00 to 21:00.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.
