Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered, full table service available via online app and a touchscreen ordering service available.
- Orders are placed either via the Moto Order & Collect app, by the touchscreens or at the tills at left hand side of counter.
Order progress is displayed on a screen over the collection point and are collected from the right hand side of the counter. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; online menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is burgers and fries.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available on request.
- Background music is played throughout this area.

- There is a button which will condense the screen content.

- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 120cm to 148cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 109cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 90cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The lighting levels are good.
Seating Area
- The seating area is located at the left hand side of the building as you enter.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are armchairs, chairs without armrests and tables available.
- Chairs are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 70cm.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are good.
