COVID-19 Information

  • The information in this section was taken in November 2021.
  • There have been no changes to the parking.
  • H4 Concorde - the entrance is as normal, via the Shop ramp, or from the Café. The preferred exit is through an open door on the south facing wall which takes you onto a tarmac path and brings you round to the Café.
  • H2 and H3- the entrances are as normal. The exits are via an open door on the east wall. The exits require all users to travel over a short ramp.
  • Parachute Store - this route has not changed.
  • Hand sanitising stations are available at the following locations; the Ticket Kiosk, Café (x2), shop queuing area, shop exit, H4 entrance, inside H4, H2 entrance and exit, H3 entrance and exit, Parachute Store and in the external Play Area.
  • There is a Track and Trace system in place.
  • There are capacity limits for each building in place. Track and Trace is automatic through the ticketing system.
  • There is clear signage inside to help with social distancing.
  • Directional signs, floor markings and Concorde symbols are all in place.
  • Protective screens are in place in the Shop, Café and Ticket Kiosk.
  • Toilets are available.
  • Some wash basins and toilet cubicles may be out of use to assist with social distancing.
  • Staff are available for assistance at the Shop and at the entrance to the Concorde aircraft itself to control boarding. Other staff are deployed as normal.
  • Face Masks must be worn indoors at all times (unless exempt), and track and trace is in operation.
  • Additional Information
    - Tickets should be purchased in advance via the website at which point contact details will be recorded and stored securely for 21 days after the visit. Contact details are required for at least one member of the party.
    - Contactless card transactions are preferred on site.
    - Assistance dogs are still permitted on site but must be kept on a lead.
    - An additional cleaning regime is in operation so toilets may be temporarily closed throughout the day for short periods of time.
    - External boarding aircraft (BAC 1-11and Comet) have limited opening times for boarding. Please ask staff on site for details. Only one family group or bubble is permitted on Concorde at any one time and a queuing system is in place with social distancing markers on the floor for entry.
    - Audio guides are not in use.
