    Sandybury Barn is a 4 bedroom house which sits within Dudmaston estate, in the Shropshire countryside.

    The property has a dedicated unmarked parking area to the side.

    The house has ramped/sloped access to enter via a rear entrance, 5 steps to enter via an alternative rear entrance, or 1 step to enter via a front entrance. Access to the first floor is by stairs.

    The ground floor provides a kitchen/dining room, sitting room, utility room, and 1 bedroom. This ground floor bedroom includes an ensuite with adaptations for disabled people.

    The additional sitting room, shared bathroom, and remaining bedrooms are found on the first floor.

    The garden at the rear of the property is accessed by ramped/sloped access via the rear accessible house door, by 5 steps via the alternative house rear door, or by 1 step via a front house door. There is step-free access to the garden from the front of the property, however the route is across loose chippings.
