    Arlington Court and the National Trust Carriage Museum are located near Barnstaple in North Devon and feature a Visitor Reception with second-hand bookshop, formal gardens, House, tearoom, museum, parkland, and picnic area.

    There is car parking on the estate, with designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

    Toilets with adaptations for disabled people can be found outside the Old Kitchen Tea Room, and within the Carriage Museum. A changing places facility is also available outside the Old Kitchen Tea Room.

    The Visitor Reception, bookshop, National Trust Carriage Museum, picnic area, and some areas within the gardens and parkland, offer step-free level access into and throughout. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

    Routes around the property include uneven surfaces and cover some distance, so an adapted shuttle is available to take visitors around the site, and powered mobility vehicles and manual wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. Sensory packs are also available from the Visitor Reception. National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.
