    Located near Arnside in Cumbria, Arnside and Silverdale features woodland, clifftop, and coastal hike/trail routes through four main areas.  

    There is National Trust car parking at the Arnside Knott and Eaves Wood sites, with unmarked bays for all users. There is a public car park at Heysham, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders, and the Jack Scout site offers unmarked parking in lay-bys.

    National Trust toilet facilities are not available.

    Access and routes throughout the four sites include ramps/slopes and uneven natural surfaces. Mobility equipment/scooters are not available to borrow or hire.
