    About Avebury - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Avebury, located in Wiltshire, features a Visitor Reception, shop, restaurant, museum, Manor House, garden and stone circles.

The village car park, south-west of the village, and the main car park, near the Visitor Reception, have designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

Toilets with adaptations for disabled people are located in the Circles Restaurant, Visitor Reception, and near the village car park.

The Circles Restaurant ground floor, and some of the gardens, offer step-free level access into and throughout. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Routes are uneven in places due to cobblestones and natural surfaces, so powered mobility vehicles and a manual wheelchair can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. Sensory packs are also available from the Manor House. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
