About Blickling Estate - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Sitting in the Norfolk countryside, Blickling Estate features a Visitor Reception, shops, café, Hall, picnic area, walled garden, and formal gardens.

There is car parking on site, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders near to the entrance.

The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found next to the Visitor Reception, in the farmyard area, and at the formal gardens entrance. The estate also offers a Changing Places Facility, which can be found in the farmyard area.

The Visitor Reception has step-free level access into and throughout. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Routes around the property have ramps/slopes and gravel surfaces, so manual wheelchairs and off-road/all-terrain mobility scooters can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception and Hall entrance. Sensory packs are also available. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
