Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: manual wheelchairs. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.
- Sensory packs can be borrowed which include: ear defenders, fidget toys and magnifying glass.

- You can borrow or hire the following mobility vehicles: off-road/all-terrain mobility scooters. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance.

Route to (Walled Garden)
- Follow the path to the right as you exit the visitor reception. Once you reach the road turn right and follow it until you come across a path with two bollards. Continue down that path to the main property gates. Once through the gates continue ahead and the entrance is the second door on the side of the east wing on the right. Proceed through the door and turn left and enter the Parterre. Continue on through the Parterre and take the exit on the left. Take the path on the left and follow it to the walled garden entrance.
- The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are gravel and paving stones.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Outdoor Spaces
- This information is for the access point located to the left of Blickling Hall.
- Access into the area is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is a gate at the surveyed access point which is permanently held open.
- The gate is not self-closing.
- The width of the gap is 118cm.
- The following outdoor facilities are available: formal gardens.
- The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: grass and loose stones.
- Footpaths are available in some of the outdoor space.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There are bench seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
