    Located in the Devonshire countryside, Buckland Abbey features a Visitor Reception, medieval abbey and barn, shops, café, picnic area, gardens, play area, and hikes.

    Parking is available on-site, with designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

    The venue offers a toilet facility with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found near to the Visitor Reception.

    The Ox Yard Studio, Café, and gardens offer areas with step-free level access. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

    Main routes across the site are uneven, with slight and steep ramp/slopes within main areas. Manual wheelchairs and trampers can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception, with charges applicable for trampers. The National Trust recommends booking these in advance.
