About Charlecote Park - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Sitting on the edge of Stratford, Charlecote Park features a Visitor Reception, shops, restaurant, café, picnic areas, House, parkland, parterre, and historical buildings with exhibits/museums.

There are two car parks on the estate, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders near to the Visitor Reception, and within the Accessible Car Park.

The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found near to the Gate House.

The Visitor Reception, plant shop, picnic areas, Woodyard Café and Orangery Restaurant, all offer step-free level access routes into and throughout. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Main routes around the property have ramps/slopes, gravel, and uneven surfaces, so a manual wheelchair and trampers can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance. A shuttle is also available at times to transport visitors, with mobility requirements, up and down the main drive.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
