About Corfe Castle - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Located in Dorset, Corfe Castle features a picnic area, Ticket Office, Tea Room, tile workshop, castle, and Visitor Reception with café and bookshop.

There is car parking near to the Visitor Reception, with designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

The site offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found in the Visitor Reception building, and next to the Ticket Office.

The Visitor Reception, café, bookshop and Ticket Office have step-free level access into and throughout them. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

The route between the Visitor Reception car park and the Castle covers a long distance and includes a steep ramp/slope, so a mountain trike and mobility scooter can be borrowed from the Ticket Office. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
