About Coughton Court - National Trust
Accessibility Overview
Located south of Birmingham, in the Warwickshire countryside, Coughton Court features a Visitor Reception, shops, cafés, picnic area, House, visitor viewing platform, Through the Roof exhibition, and gardens.
There is car parking on site, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders.
The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found in the Stable Yard.
The Through the Roof exhibition has step-free level access into and throughout. The gardens offer step-free level access into and through some areas. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.
Routes around the property have steep ramps/slopes and uneven surfaces, so manual wheelchairs and an off-road/all-terrain mobility scooter can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. Sensory packs are also available. The National Trust recommends booking the manual wheelchairs in advance. The mobility vehicle is not bookable in advance, and is only available on a first come, first served basis.
Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
