    About Dudmaston - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Dudmaston sits in the Shropshire countryside and features a Visitor Reception, shops, tea room, picnic areas, play area, Hall, gallery, garden, and parkland with Dingle.

There is car parking on site, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders.

The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found next to the tea room. A Changing Places Facility is also available near to the Hall.

The Visitor Reception, second-hand bookshop, tea room and picnic areas all have step-free level access into and throughout. The play area offers step-free level access into it and through some areas. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Some main routes around the property have ramps/slopes and uneven natural and gravel surfaces, so a manual wheelchair and a tramper can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. Sensory packs are also available. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
