Route to (the Deer Park)

  • From the Visitor Reception, follow the main path to the gate.
    The Deer Park path starts after the gate.
  • The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
  • Path surfaces along the route are concrete and gravel.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is a shuttle which can take visitors to this area, but wheelchair users will need to transfer into it.

Outdoor Spaces

  • This information is for the access point located at the start of Deer Park.
  • There is step-free level access into the area.
  • There is a gate at the surveyed access point which opens towards you (pull).
  • The gate is self-closing.
  • The width of the gap is 110cm.
  • The following outdoor facilities are available: parkland and woodland.
  • The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: concrete or tarmac, grass, gravel and compact earth.
