Route to (the Garden)

  • From the Visitor Reception, follow the main accessible path around the stables building to the house.
    Turn right and the gate for the Garden will be ahead.
  • The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
  • Path surfaces along the route are compact earth and tarmac.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is a shuttle which can take visitors to this area, but wheelchair users will need to transfer into it.

Outdoor Spaces

  • This information is for the access point located at the Garden.
  • There is step-free level access into the area.
  • There is a gate at the surveyed access point which is permanently held open.
  • The width of the gap is 110cm.
  • The following outdoor facilities are available: gardens.
  • The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: grass, bonded gravel and compact earth.
  • Footpaths are available in all of the outdoor spaces.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.

  • There are slight ramps/slopes without handrails in the main areas .
