With views over the Clywedog river, south of Wrexham, Erddig features a Visitor Reception, restaurant, tea garden, café, shops, Hall, carriage collection, historical farm buildings, gardens, parkland, and outdoor play area.
There is car parking on the estate, with a designated car park for Blue Badge holders.
The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found near to the Visitor Reception, and in the Wolf’s Den play area.
The Visitor Reception, tea garden, Parlour café, and gift shop, all have step-free level access into and throughout them. The gardens and parkland offer step-free level access into them and through some areas. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.
Routes around the property have uneven cobbled and gravel surfaces, and ramps/slopes, so a manual wheelchair can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. Sensory packs are also available. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.
