Powered mobility vehicles cannot be borrowed or hired.

After exiting visitor reception turn right and follow the path until you see the Tea Garden.
At the Tea Garden turn right and go through the gap into the courtyard.
The Second Hand Bookshop is located on the right-hand side of the courtyard.
The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
Path surfaces along the route are gravel, cobbles and paving stones.
The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
The door is manual, permanently held open and has a medium colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
The width of the door opening is 125cm.
Internally the door has a high colour contrast.
The majority of aisle widths are over 150cm.
All flooring in the shop is smooth and even.
There is step-free level access around the shop.
There is no (or very little) background noise here.
Lighting levels are low.
The counter does not have a hearing assistance system.
All books purchased should be paid for at Visitor Reception.
