About Hindhead Commons and the Devil's Punch Bowl - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Located in the Surrey Hills, Hindhead Commons and the Devil's Punch Bowl feature a Visitor Reception, picnic area, café, and hike/trail routes.

There is car parking on site, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders.

The site offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, and a Changing Places facility, both of which can be found to the rear of the café building.

The Visitor Reception, picnic area, and café all have step-free level access into and throughout. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Some of the main routes are uneven, with gravel/natural surfaces and very steep ramps/slopes, so a Mountain Trike all-terrain push wheelchair can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. The National Trust recommends booking this in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
