    About Lanhydrock - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Lanhydrock sits south of Bodmin, and features a Visitor Receptions, shops, café, tea room, picnic areas, cycle centre, House, historic buildings, gardens, and parkland.

There is car parking on the estate, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders.

The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found near to the Park Café, and behind The Stables Tea Room.

The Main Visitor Reception, The Stables Tea Room picnic area, and cycle centre have step-free level access into and throughout. The gardens offer step-free level access into them and through some areas. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Routes around the property have ramps/slopes, gravel surfaces and cover some distance, so an accessible shuttle is available to take visitors from the Main Visitor Reception to the Gatehouse Visitor Reception. Manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and a tramper can also be borrowed. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
