- This entrance is left from the Helston Fairground car park, and over the bridge.

- This site is not part of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.

Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- Equipment cannot be borrowed or hired.
- Powered mobility vehicles cannot be borrowed or hired.
Route to (the Estate from Penrose Hill Car Park)
- Take the exit at the bottom of Penrose Hill car park.
Follow the road to the right then take the first left down a very steep slope.
Continue along the road, following it to the right.
Then turn left down to a bridge.
Once over the bridge, there two possible routes to take into the estate: either right towards the Stables Café or straight ahead. - The route to the area is step-free via a very steep ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac and gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Route to (the Estate from Helston Fairground Car Park)
- Take the path out of Helston Fairground car park to the road, turn left and go over the bridge.
Once over the bridge the entrance is on the left via a very slight slope.
Continue through an open access point with a width of 97cm, signposted Penrose. - The route to the area is step-free level.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac and gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Outdoor Spaces
- This information is for the access point located out of Helston Fairground car park, turn left and over the bridge.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- There is open access at the surveyed access point.
- The following outdoor facilities are available: parkland, woodland and open countryside.
- The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: concrete or tarmac, grass and gravel.
- Footpaths are available in all of the outdoor space.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There are steep ramps/slopes without handrails in the main areas.
- There are various locations around the estate where you will encounter steep slopes.
- There are some bench seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
