About Sheffield Park and Garden - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Located in the East Sussex countryside, Sheffield Park and Garden features a Visitor Centre, shops, cafés, picnic areas, parkland, and hikes/trails.

There is car parking at the estate, with designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders next to the Visitor Centre.

The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found near to the Visitor Centre, and in the Coach House café.

The giftshop, within the Visitor Centre, and the Coach House Café picnic area have step-free level access into and throughout them. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Routes around the estate have steep and uneven surfaces, so manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be borrowed from the Visitor Centre. Sensory packs are also available. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.

Please view our Detailed Access Guides below to find out further details, including measurements and photographs.
