About Sheringham Park - National Trust
Accessibility Overview
With views of the Norfolk Coastline, Sheringham Park features a Visitor Reception, Learning Centre, café, ice cream parlour, picnic area, second-hand bookshop, parkland, and a hike/trail route.
There is car parking at the estate, with designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders next to the Visitor Reception.
The estate offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found opposite the Courtyard Café, and next to the Learning Centre.
The bookshop, ice cream parlour and picnic area all have step-free level access into and throughout them. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.
Routes around the property have ramped/sloped or uneven surfaces, so a mountain trike, manual wheelchairs, a tramper, and mobility scooters can be borrowed from the Visitor Reception. Sensory packs are also available. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.
